We have 4 conference rooms at The Lancaster Hall Hotel with capacity from 5 to 150. We can accommodate and provide catering for formal events such as an AGM, business launch or networking event. In addition we have a discount for charities.
The central London location is ideal with no less than 4 underground lines within 5 minutes walk along with Paddington Station which connects with the South West of England and fast connections to Heathrow Airport. In addition the M4 and M40 are within direct reach.

The Lancaster Hall

The Lancaster Hall has a capacity of 120 seated theatre style and can be used for a wide variety of events from classical music concerts through to company AGMs.
There is a raised stage area with spotlights and audio visual equipment can be provided.
We can provide catering and have a substantial bar area suitable for assembling attendees.

The Brothers Room

The Brothers room can be set up in Boardroom or informally as shown. Capacity ranges from 10 to 40.

The York Room

The York Hall has a capacity of 60 seated theatre style or up to 20 boardroom style.
This room can be joined to the Lancaster Hall to create a large venue, ideal for networking events if using the Lancaster Hall in theatre style.
